Fablura Return and Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

- Unworn and unwashed

- Free of any stains, makeup, or odors

- All original tags and packaging must be intact

Non-returnable Items:

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. These include:

- **Undergarments**, including lingerie

- **Accessories** (such as jewelry, socks)

How to Request a Return:

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  • We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • The return must be shipped within **7 days** after you receive the return approval.
Please note: **Customers are responsible for return shipping costs**, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within **7-10 business days**.

Shipping costs:

are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items).

Exchanges:

We offer exchanges for:

- Size or color differences of the same item

- In case of product defects or incorrect orders


If you wish to exchange for a different product, we suggest returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is out of stock, you will be refunded instead.
